Claims
What have you done to prepare for a claim?
This kit contains everything my clients need in the event of a claim. There is a camera to take pictures of the accident scene. An accident fact find brochure to gather all the necessary info after a car accident. Special Reports with step by step procedures on how to handle a claim. The Emergency Contact program where I keep Emergency Contact on file and send them my info.
Home Inventory:
If you do not have a comprehensive home inventory, then you will not be adequately compensated in the event of a loss. At Priority Risk Management we offer 3 ways to complete a home inventory. Ask me which tool is best for you!
Welcome Kits:
Each client receives a welcome kit. This is a series of 4 mailings over the first 28 days you are my client. I provide a money back guarantee, mission statement, privacy statement, contact numbers, id cards, how to make policy changes, discount coupons for both claim related services and personal services.
How does your current agent monitor the claims performance of the company he represents?
Every client that has a claim receives a claim report card from me. It is a brief questionnaire asking them to evaluate my performance as well as the insurance companies performance. The local sales managers have become interested in the comments I receive. I believe they are aware that I’m monitoring their performance and consequently, I think my clients receive better service.
If you had an auto accident you must submit the following form to the State of Indiana within 10 days!
