Steve
Steve is the founder and owner of Priority Risk Management and has spent 40 years in the insurance industry. He is passionate about helping people through difficult situations and building trusted, long-term relationships with clients. One of his proudest moments was helping a local dentist recover after a fire, protecting the business and helping save 40 jobs just before Thanksgiving.
Mark
Mark is Vice President of Priority Risk Management and represents the second generation of his family at PRM. With more than 11 years of insurance experience, he works with individuals and small businesses on auto, home, business insurance, and workers' compensation. Mark enjoys helping clients through challenging situations while supporting the continued growth of the PRM team.
Teri
Teri is a Personal Lines Risk Manager based in our South Bend office with 37 years of insurance experience. She assists clients with claims, policy changes, and everyday insurance needs. Teri especially enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and earning their trust while helping protect the things that matter most to them.
Michele
Michele specializes in employee benefits, Medicare, life insurance, and other Life & Health solutions. Based in our South Bend office, she brings 24 years of insurance experience to PRM. Michele enjoys simplifying complicated insurance decisions and helping clients find coverage that truly fits their needs while building relationships that last.
Jennifer
Jennifer is a Personal Lines Risk Manager in our South Bend office with nine years of insurance experience. She helps clients identify and understand their risks and especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers. Jennifer believes insurance doesn't have to be complicated or boring and enjoys making the process easier for the people she serves.
Allison
Allison is a Personal Lines Risk Manager based in our Fishers office and brings more than 15 years of insurance experience to PRM. She focuses on new business and renewals, helping clients review their coverage, identify gaps, and make informed updates. She especially enjoys finding opportunities to improve protection while helping clients save when possible.
Heather
Heather joined Priority Risk Management in 2023 and works with clients across both Personal and Commercial Lines. Outside the office, she stays actively involved in her community through coaching, church programs, volunteering, and supporting local organizations such as Love Chapel. Heather also enjoys running, traveling, reading, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.
Sue
Sue is a Commercial Lines Risk Manager based in our South Bend office with 22 years of insurance experience. She supports businesses with policy servicing, contractor insurance needs, commercial auto updates, and other coverage changes. Sue takes pride in helping make sure clients have the protection they need when something unexpected happens.
Drew
Drew joined Priority Risk Management in 2025 as a Commercial Lines Risk Manager. He enjoys building relationships with clients and helping support their business insurance needs. Outside of PRM, Drew enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, staying active, and following his favorite teams—the Cubs, Pacers, and Colts.
Greg
Greg joined Priority Risk Management in 2026 as a Risk Advisor, helping individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most. With nearly two decades of experience across underwriting, claims, personal insurance, commercial insurance, and real estate, he brings a well-rounded perspective to every client relationship. Greg is passionate about simplifying insurance and building long-term partnerships based on trust and service.
Bre
Bre began her journey with Priority Risk Management in 2025 as a sales intern and has since officially joined the team as a Risk Advisor. She enjoys helping clients understand their options and find coverage that fits their needs. Outside of PRM, Bre enjoys volleyball, karaoke, slow-pitch softball, reading, and true crime. She also gives back through food bank activities, community events, Salvation Army donations, and support for Indiana Women in Need Foundation.
JMC
JMC joined Priority Risk Management in 2021 and supports the Personal Lines team as a Processor. JMC assists with quoting, policy changes, billing-related updates, and the organization of declaration pages and applications. This behind-the-scenes support helps keep client requests moving efficiently and gives the service team the information they need to provide a smooth experience.
MJ
MJ joined Priority Risk Management in 2024 and supports the Commercial Lines team as a Processor. MJ helps prepare quotes, manages policy documentation, assists with policy changes and billing updates, and keeps declaration pages and applications organized. MJ plays an important role in helping commercial accounts move accurately and efficiently through the service process.
Pauline
Pauline joined Priority Risk Management in 2025 and supports leadership and day-to-day agency operations as Executive Assistant. She helps coordinate projects, scheduling, communication, recruiting activities, technology initiatives, and internal processes. Her role helps keep priorities organized and ensures the team has the support and resources needed to keep moving forward.
Nikko
Nikko joined Priority Risk Management in 2021 and supports the agency as an Operations Assistant. Nikko helps with administrative processes, internal coordination, data organization, and the many day-to-day tasks that keep the agency running efficiently. His support helps the client-facing teams stay focused on providing timely and responsive service.
Joan
Joan joined Priority Risk Management in 2026 as a Personal Lines Processor. She assists with quoting, policy changes, billing updates, declaration pages, applications, and other important policy documentation. Joan works closely with the Personal Lines team to help ensure information is accurate, organized, and ready when clients need assistance.
Nikki
Nikki joined Priority Risk Management in 2026 as the agency's Receptionist and is often one of the first people clients speak with when contacting PRM. She helps route calls, connect clients with the right team member, coordinate appointments, and support general client communication. Nikki helps create a welcoming, organized, and responsive experience from the very first interaction.
